FST response to the COVID-19 pandemic
Coronavirus is a virus that belongs to a group of viruses that cause the common cold, pneumonia, Severe Acute Respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS).
The exact cause is not known but can be transmitted through coughing and air from person to person. The main symptoms are high temperature (feeling hot), continuous cough for more than an hour and a loss in change in taste or smell.
As the days passes, more people are diagnosed and more death rates.
It is advised to contact NHS 111 and if symptoms worsen then call 999.
The NHS has offered the COVID-19 vaccine to those at risk.
Please continue to protect yourself and remain safe!
