In Eastern Ghouta in Syria – the effects of war and conflict are becoming increasingly hard to bear. Lack of food, water and health access is an ongoing concern. Islamic Relief amongst other charities are helping them. As part of the Farah Saeed Trust's Personal Challenges on Saturday 25th August 2018, one of our volunteers did 12.8 km walk Malvern Hills to help raise £200 to equip 2 clinics with medical supplies. Each clinic serves hundreds- thousands.
The Farah Saeed Trust to promote the use of walking and public transport. It reduces the risk of stroke, high cholesterol, diabetes, coronary heart disease and blood pressure.
